I currently work at the National Bargaining Council managing 20 Designated Agents. I offer legal advice to the Industry on labour related issues including the legal advice to the CEO and parties to the council. All legal queries and correspondences within the council get referred to me for advice. I represent the council at CCMA when need arises. I provide training to Designated Agents and represent the Council I get along well with the team that I manage very and that should go towards my interpersonal skills. I am passionate about research.

I'm not shy to learn more tools to better my work enviroment

My day start of with my emails .Any queries or assistance the clients may need. Then working with my arrear report following up on payments . Closure of any of the business notify the revelant departments . Assisting colleagues with recon ,reports as well other skills if need be

Pros: You work independently
Cons: Just communication between different department is key but never followed throuf

Competent

I work very well in a team as well as alone unsupervised. deadline driven and accurate, minimal mistakes. able to work on weekends as well, perform very well under pressure

Pros: Assists members in the industry with staff benefits and disputes
Cons: Some extra ordinary performance not recognised and appreciated
