Conveyancing and sales secretary Admin

Conveyancing and sales secretary Admin compiling adverts letter correspondence to Seller, Purchasers and dealing a lot with Conveyancing attorney's obtaining of electrical compliance, invasive plants, gas, entomologist certificates. Downloading of listings of property for agents, and a whole lot of other admin work envolved.

Pros: The pros are just of an administrative nature, learning the Conveyancing side of things.
Cons: Salary structure not enough for amount of work to be done and no benefits

Great learning experience

I print updates and new property listings for the morning meeting which i attend with our branch agents and CEO. My responsibilities are to list and market new properties for sale or for rent, which then feed to various property websites. I liaise with between agents and clients and work closely with the CEO's PA and conveyancing administrator. I'm responsible for keeping the listed properties updated and sales files compliant. I assist with Weekend advertising and show house sitting. The relationship between myself and the two ladies I work closely with is very supportive. We have good working relationships within our office. The interesting and cut throat world of property. I enjoy working under pressure and the variety of the work.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn and grow
Cons: The salary is low
