Excellent learning curve

A prestigious company that produces clinker and 3 types of cement at a large scale. I've learnt a great deal in the company about the industry safety and teamwork. There are weekly maintenance schedules and yearly shutdowns

First job cane with loads of learning

This was my first job post qualification so all I know about the industry I learned from here. I work shift so it's very flexible when it comes to life work. Xorporate culture is quite good. An improvement can be made with regards to promotions .

Pros: Small comapny it feels like family
Cons: Job security isn't too good. There are a lot ofretrentchments

Great learning experience

Running the plant and making sure quality is achieved. Learning how to use SAP and PCS to run the plant. Having a good relationship witbfellow employees. Lots of challenges when it comes to achieving quality targets and meeting production requirements.

Pros: Great working environment
Cons: Not very great opportunities for promotion

Excellent learning curve

Good company with limited growth opportunity but great for experience and learning. It is not limited to 1 industry but has a combination of manufacturing, mining and construction based on the work done. Each segment allows you insight into a different type of culture.
