About the applicant

The position available has granted me the opportunity to share my experienced gained through a General Office Assistant at Gibbs Mkhwanazi Attorneys where is started in February 2019. In this capacity, I oversaw the firm’s admin, serving of legal documents, typing of legal documents, receptionist, writing out quotations. I then proceeded to further my knowledge and experience at Nashua Mpumalanga. I commenced as a receptionist the 2nd of December 2019. My key responsibilities were answering and screening calls, making service calls, sending out invoices, assistance in booking toners, working with warehouse invoices. Additionally, in February 2020, I was promoted to a Credit Controller. My responsibilities entail: the bank, maintaining debit orders, sending out invoices, sending out statements, credit notes, debit notes, re-invoicing of invoices, phoning debtors, releasing holds on the system, assisting in preparing legal files. I obtain the ability to work with MS Word and Excel.

Great place to kick start your career

Working with clients and keeping them happy by rendering a good service. My colleagues are great team players. We have a good relationship and always willing to help each other out whenever help is needed.

I regard my self as a self motivated person who is able to work under extreme pressure and meet deadlines. I like to understand a company's value and objectives and I know I can make a valuable contribution in the work.

Learning opportunity

Prepare daily deliveries and collections Allocate them to various routes Check with drivers if all deliveries and or collection are done for day and debriefing finalise all the deliveries and or collections Circle counts and monthly stock takes I have a good working relationship with my co workers and have learned that working together works. I get pleasure in getting my stock take right and that is the most challenging part of the job
