Excellent growth and learning curve.
Good growth opportunities within the company. In house training skills and a great team as well as management. Supportive team an management in order to provide excellent customer service to internal and external client. Learning about the different needs and requirements of corporate clients.

Contributed to and maintained health of franchisees
A typical day as a Franchise Service Manager entailed the following. - monitoring sales and performance stats of businesses allocated to me on a daily basis. - query resolution. - ensuring that businesses allocated to me maintain good rapport with strategic partners and all clients. - Review effectiveness of measure put in place to ensure healthy business. - Training staff continuously and also evaluating product knowledge. I have learned to work under extreme pressure as the telecoms industry in extremely fast paced. I had a generally good working relationship with both by seniors and colleagues. I enjoyed seeing the "fruits of my labour", seeing hard work pay off in terms of profitably in th businesses allocated to me.
Pros: Great networking and growth opprotunities, mentors, being given freedom to implement new ideas.
Cons: extreme pressure in working in fast pace industry.

I matriculated in 2001. I have certificate in Human Resource management and dministration in 2003. Am a fast learner willing to learn more. I started at Nashua Mobile in 2013-2014. I was doing credit control and credit control

Am a fast learner
I matriculated in 2001. I have certificate in Human resource management and administration in 2003. I started at Nashua in 2013-2014. I was doing credit vetting and credit control. Am now at NBA doing collections.

A great learning curve
My daily work routine consisted of timeless efforts in ensuring that tasks are deligated accordingly and that weekly targets are updated atleast everyday by COB. However because I was the youngest in the team that became my advantage and disadvantage. My advantages was that I was new to the corporate experience and my eagerness to learn turned me into a force to be reckoned with at work as I branched out to various departments i.e Networks, Billing and Upgrade to name a few. The disadvantage was only that being a team player came with being undermined as I didn't have the "complete" experience in years like the elders in the team. Above all what I've learned is being able to show tremendous results even when working under pressure and having the will to not limit yourself to only what your set department can offer but be curious enough to know more about the company you working for and embrace it as if it were your surname.

Nashua Mobile
During my time at Nashua Mobile, I've had the privilege of working in 5 different departments. I have met some wonderful people who has made the day to day corporate life, a great one! Everyone was willing to lend a helping hand where needed. I have enjoyed working with individual, as well as corporate clients on a daily basis. I have learnt a great deal about handsets, contracts and insurance claims. I have learnt how to provide the best customer service possible. I have learnt how to properly do needs analysis to fit each customer's needs. I enjoyed our Friday get togethers after work, after a long, busy but productive week. The most challenging aspect of the job was to deal with the highly irate customers, calming and reasoning with them, and then eventually retaining their business with us. It was an absolute all round blast to work for Nashua Mobile

Excellent Service
It was a great working for this company, learning how to sell cellphone. Being able to work under pressure for long hours made me to be more happy and wanting to sell more products.

I would like to be given the opportunity to learn more about the job
I would like to be given the opportunity to learn more about the job and to gain practical insight into this job. I am very eager to get firsthand experience and to apply both theoretical and practical experiences I may observe or may be educated in. I am very willing to learn and I am motivated to contribute positively to the team and any projects given during my working contract.
