Excel in Customer Care

It brings satisfaction to my heart and my conscience in knowing I have exceeded a Customer's expectation. Especially when they are unaware of their rights or privileges as per their SLA. Once their needs are met and they are satisfied with having their problem solved, even if they do not take the time to send an e-mail to express gratitude and thanks, just the mere fact that I had played an integral part in helping to meet their needs, is rewarding to me. The same principle I apply with each and every person or Customer or Co-worker, irrespective of what the challenges might be, it is not personal, therefore, I can handle it with the necessary care and skill which it may require at that specific point in time. Nothing pleases me more than to please others.

Excellent Learning Curve

I grew in innovative interpersonal skills, great problem solving, good time management, customer services and managent, quality presentation skills, and demonstrations. I enjoyed interacting with customers the most which brought life to me when seeing them satisfied and happy.

Pros: It has been a great opportunity for a promotion
Cons: I had long working hours having to work over weekends a lot.

Good environment to learn

I have learnt so much in this position and grown in the finance department Accuracy is key and team work is crucial and a little of accounting duties taken to increase my knowledge Information is obtained from co-workers and you learn to work with people

Pros: great opportunity to learn
Cons: long hours, no overtime paid
