Nashua Cape Town Reviews

Excellent Learning Curve

A typical work day: My working day starts at 8:00 am however all employees have to report before 7:30 am. we are required to make a minimum of 55 calls a day and have daily, weekly and monthly targets that have to be met. My relationship with my co-workers: I have a well rounded team, and we all pull together to ensure a smooth sales process, however we have little to no support from our team manager. What I have Learnt: Working for nashua cape town has shed light on many aspects of my life, both personal and professional. firstly, working for nashua has helped me discover my ability to drive sale and negotiate with both suppliers and customers. Secondly, I have learnt that I am a team leader and a team player. What do I enjoy the most: Driving sales and working with major accounts has been very fulfilling The most challenging aspects of my job: Making target and building a base was the most challenging asspect of my job, especially due the fact that Nashua has a bad name

Pros: Great commission structure
Cons: There is no room for growth in the company

Gaining valuable knowledge of the industry

- Excellent relationship with co-workers. - I get to interact with all staff at all levels. - I have gained valuable knowledge within the particular industry. - One of the most challenging aspects of my job is that I need to deal with multiple projects simultaneously and tight deadlines. - Offering a support to the various divisions within the company as well as dealing with customers on a daily basis is also very challenging. - Staff rewards mostly offered to sales divisions. - Overall, the staff all work well together but there is huge room for improvement where the atmosphere within the company and the way staff are treated is concerned and this unfortunately stems from senior executives and management.

Pros: Great opportunity to gain experience working for a corporate company
Cons: No bonus, no contributions, no perks
