Self-motivated with critical thinking and reasoning skills. Good keyboard skills familiar with Ms Word , Powerpoint, Excel,CRM system and Sysspro. I am a team player.I take lead in many things and enjoy working with my collogue. The enviroment is very friendly.

Good

NASASA is a small company that advertises for well-known South African brands, Pick N pay, Rooibos Tea, Spekko, to name a few. This company is based in Sandton Rivonia. I was a Call Center Agent in charge of magazine distribution, Data Capturing, Clerical Entry and Pastel Invoicing. Although It's a small company and filled with interesting duties related to customer and client enquirers. I would love to work in a Call Center department again.

Challeging

The work was impressive,insparing and as well as a challeging on most occasion. Each staff member was handling magor projects and also associate with huge brand that structed the way we our South Africa retail brands through adverting and promoting.
