my day starts with prioritising my clients complaints and queries then into the investigating part to give accurate feedback and always keeping the clients happy and retaining them. i am the bubbly one at work, the one who connects people together as i do not discriminate nor choose which people i associate myself with as people come from different walks of life. i have learned a alot about fibre and managing a large team. the most i enjoy about this work is i work with a lot of people i managed a lot of different guys, some being accepting and some trying to be challenging and the best of all that i have learned at this company is make your work speak for itself. the most challenging aspect of my job or not much of a challenge but a learning curve as i push myself everyday further, the challenge is that i need to keep the client happy and my boss happier.

Pros: learning a lot and being free to learn what others do, manage my own workflow, Improved Life-Work Balance,
Cons: office is too far from all amenities, no deadlines

Good learning curve

I am computer literate and have in-depth knowledge in certain aspects of the IT industry. Advanced Computer skill and understanding of the internet. I am an eager and talented young man who enjoys a challenge and solving out problems. I believe my Knowledge and minimum practice expertise will be of help in your company. Should I be given the opportunity to be a part of it? I have a positive attitude, a passion to work as well as the capability to figure out how to work in the smarter way. I take pride in my work & I love to learn. My major strengths is being a team player, I believe that no man is an island. And in today’s world, like never before, a person requires a group of people with whom to succeed. Therefore, being a team player in today’s world is almost as important as any academic degree. Seeking a position to utilize my skills and abilities in the Information Technology Industry that offers Professional growth while being resourceful, innovative and flexible.

Good working and problem solving skills

I STRESSED BUT MANAGE TO RESOLVE ALL QUERIES BEFOR I LEAVE WORK because I work from a things to do list. I have a strong a good working relationship because I am always willing to help and at the same time teach because of my experience. I have learnt they learning and attention to detail carries a lot of weight around the work place. I love the job I do because I love doing BIG recons and sorting out queries with suppliers which I bring with my experience. The most challenging aspects of my job is to make people understand why accounts payable as to have documents on time with correct GL `codes to payment and recon can be submitted on time so payment can be made.(

Pros: i was senior before i was promoted to Working Capital Supervisior IN AP and AR because i had always limited queries on recons and aging .
Cons: ii like working late if i have to.

Never too old to learn

Currently I am working as a Planner/Scheduler (Junior Position) since April 2017 after being unemployed since I was notified Nautic Africa. I am of good health and of positive mind set to work for another 5 – 10 years hoping to contribute in a procurement position again. My focus over the past 15 years was mainly imports of marine related spares/material as well all air and sea freight shipping related to these orders.

Pros: Good experience of new technology
Cons: Job duties not relevant to my experience and qualifications

Install networking cables and spicing of Fibre cables doing maintenance at the same time

The company is fast growing and new things are coming however as for me I want something new challenging that will keep me on my toes well its a good company which is fast growing because people want internet in their homes overall its a good company and small
