I enjoy making the best meal

Working with people should have a skill,I worked as a Griller always the team say to me how do I make the meal,I always tell them I do it by the Nandos book and also I have pride ,courage and I am passionate.As a junior manager I did all the job that was supposed to be done by senior managers ,training staff ,ordering,problem solving,motivating the staff giving them the spirit of doing the right things ,monitoring the cleanliness of all corners of the shop and updating new products that are introduced also discipline according to Nandos rules and regulations.I achieved many audits by following the procedures.

Pros: when i started at Nandos i saw myself already up there i had it in my heart
Cons: if i work long hours i could not feel it because i wanted an achievement of that day

Good Working opprtunities

Good working relationship and excellent customer service. Lot of opportunities to grow further Willingness to grow and support provided and further education and training provided Communication with all level of management regarding the performance of the store and company
