Sometimes at work find that managers are they not treating us in the same way at work, our colleagues they don't know how to use nandos values they r not even following them fore I can say nandos is a good company but not like 4 years back now lot of things has changed they take years to permanent their stuff I have two years working as a ppt our salary is too small is less than 3000 and we don't even have benefits um not happy at all with this.

Pros: Better opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours

Ok

When you still a new junior manager its great because they train,coach you but after a year in a position its boring it takes two years to move from one rank to another.even if you can master you work the work input doesnt much the pay scale so all in all working for Nandos is ok but need lot of energy cause it can be draining weekends.

Pros: Growth levels from staff to management is good and their development plan is very good
Cons: Working 6 days a week 9hours shift can be very tiring and there is no family time at all.

It is good working with different kinds customers with different race, beliefs, and backgrounds

It is good working with different kinds customers with different race, beliefs, and backgrounds. we all treat each other as family from management to staff that's one of nando's values. We all work with passion, courage, pride, and integrity. I have learnt how to handle all types of customers e.g aggressive, impatient, arrogant, upset e.t.c. The most enjoyable moment is when we made the budget, passed our audit and mistery shoppers, compliments from our customers, and when we get our bonus at the end of the year. The most challenging moments is when we had to pass the drive-thru time and outstand to all the other shops so that we can get nandos prize.

Pros: Compliments from management
Cons: Long distance from home to work

Provide excellent experience

Nandos is a good company. It has good values that they operate with on daily basis. It value every staff as an family. Thou salary wise is not enough with so much work done almost everyday plus more working hour and 1 day off that is just not right. But other than that nandos is a good company.

Pros: Good in promotions thou there is a limit for some
Cons: At the time some hours are abnormal

Receives the best training

I have learnt a lot in this company especially when it comes to customers and services,I got the best experience ever.i have learnt how to handle complaints and how to make sales in a business,I have worked shifts and I have learned to work as a team and to work with different people.

Pros: Employee of the month
Cons: I only work 8 hours but as long it's 14 hours
