Excellent learning curve

Everyday is a great day encountering with different customers and learning a lot, having a relationship with my collegues is so perfect, I have acquired a lot of experience as a cashier and managerial aspect in the working force,I have the management skills to manage the workers my enjoyment is when we reach our target and great team work. the most challenging aspects of the job is when business is slow and customers difficulties.

Pros: I have so many great oppotunities in the company,I have learned a lot and be promoted several times
Cons: normal working hours eight hours

Little opportunity for growth

The work environment is uninspiring as there is no opportunity for growth due to it being a family business. The most challenging aspect of the job is the fact that one person is expected to fulfil the role of multi position and this often comes after permanent employment and with no salary increase. A typical work day evolve around data capturing of stock and the relationship between co-workers is rather pretentious.

Cons: Minimum pay for maximum work
