Industrial Engineer

iam a team player leading a very technical team as the planning officer. Hunyani paper and packaging is an international company trading as Nampak outside zimbabwe boarders. All our operations are standardised globally. My main duties are production schedulling, materials and resources planning and championing operational excellence in the organisation. Nampak as whole we have adopted Kobayashi 20 keys program to improve our operations. |We have been on this program for the past three years and it is yielding tremedous results in terms of profitability and quality of our product and services. The most challenging aspects of my job is raw materials and resources planning because of harsh economic conditions in Zimbabwe. It requires on point calculations when prioritising and allocating of resources.

Pros: Operations Manager
Cons: I work 8 hours a day and 5 days a week. The company is paying fully for my medical aid and Iam insured. I'm paid my annual bonus and incentives at the end of the year. I get 200 litres of fuel every month.
