Excellent learning cuve

Qualified Electrician with over seven years’ experience. I have worked in the paper industry (Nampak sacks), Eskom, AC engineering, Transnet, Coastal KZN FET college and also textile and safety footwear industry (Beier Industries). Proven working experience in medium voltage substations, machine maintenance, PLC, AC and DC drives, instrumentation, electrical panels, shut down planning, supervising contractors, mentoring trainees and electrical aides. Strong fault finding skills. Currently in the process of obtaining my wireman’s licence.

Excellent learning and developments.

Challenging as there are always issues related to production. A lot learnt in terms of people management,proper planning of maintenance and production. Development of staff to motivate performance. Performance manage staff and working at management level. Conflicts during planning of machines. Working late to get set targets
