Ordering of spares and rebuilding of spares.

Pros: Training and grooming of employees. Open door policy from top management. Safety is the culture of the business.

Never a dull moment

Hours is normal, but is challenged with daily traffic. Getting to work earlier and leaving later than normal hours depict, resulting in more admin addressed daily. Normal hours are occupied with observations, hands-on assist and over-the-shoulder training. Proper meetings share info, generating a successful management platform. Respect is gained with friendliness and proper relationships in the workforce, with courtesy and info sharing completing the recipe for goal achieving Apparent daily is that you are never to old to learn. Very true with human factor in conjunction with tech equipment used in manufacturing. If you fall behind you’ll experience extreme difficulty to catch up. Being informed, achieving results and high availability of equipment results in success if aligned with company SOP and goals Challenges remain stimulating co-operation and responsibility. If members feel part of a buddy system, you achieve results, however any deviation results in setback requiring effort to gain trust
