Continuous team building and training involvement with staff driving quality strategy. Aiding and assisting regional SHEQ manager and QC Officers to drive the quality strategy. Root cause analysis to identify problems and correct accordingly. Act in the capacity as change agent to identify gaps in the manufacturing and quality departments, conduct relevant training and develop procedures to ensure proper execution of roles and functions. Believe in team work and drive co-workers to understand and comply with QMS system requirements. Involved with customer complaints. Conduct Gemba walks to identify if current system and house keeping compliant with regards to all SHEQ activities. Working with people makes you understand how they behave and using that information improve on their strengths. Challenges experienced are working with noncompliance of system requirements, this is mainly due to non-standardization of raw materials creating scrap and defective products.

I am an internal sales co ordinator/receptionist

I am an internal sales co ordinator. I receive orders, check stock levels and process accordingly. I process credits, debits and invoicing. my co workers and I get along very well. I have learnt a lot about the packaging industry. I enjoy dealing with the public for cash sales and communicating with my customers. The most challenging aspect is dealing with irrational customers when we are unable to supply. But in the end its all in a days work

Cons: The hours are too long sometimes

Excellent learning curve

Packaging excellence is our main integrity and aiming to provide best service at all times. It is very nice environment to work in towards excellent learning curve towards ones career. The best times is when we come across challenges that train personnel to be better each day in knowledge technically minded.
