Excellent job opportunity. I was privileged to move up the corporate ladder which took a lot of hard work and persistence. I had the opportunity to experience growth and development in different Provinces and departments within the company. I would certainly work there again given the chance. Hopefully someday soon.

The company plans to relocate and possibly back to India

I enjoy working in this company. It has been in SA since 2011. I got introduced to working with expatriates and had to develope HR policies ranging from contract of employment, performance management, Learnerships, recruitment etc.

Pros: great opportunity in dealing motor manufacturers, different personalities
Cons: company based in Hammanskraal rural areas and behaviour of employees is locally influenced
