I am a dedicated, responsible, hardworking guy, who is willing to learn as much as I can in order to further my career and knowledge in logistics, self-motivated individual who is satisfied when achieving goals, I have qualification in Agricultural management and experience in small stock section ,warehouse administrator and checker grade 1. I would like to be considered for this wonderful opportunity that would enable me to learn more from the different Agricultural and logistics side of business and to contribute to the company with my skills and knowledge acquired from previous years and from my theoretical side of learning from tertiary.

Pros: the pros is that i have learnt so mang things from the compang which will make it easy to built my future

I have all the qualities needed to be a great supervisor and make a real success of your position. I always value my employers and respect the people I supervise. On a personal side, I have an approachable manner and am willing to listen to feedback and the views of others. I go out of my way to set a good example for other members of my team, and when needed to, criticise people in a constructive manner and never bully or belittle them.Since February 2011 I have worked as a Supervisor for Namibia Logistics - Nissan SA. My current role has a wide remit, but my overall responsibility is to mentor, lead and support individual team members in the execution of their duties. Brilliant learning curve

Communication and accuracy is important. One learns new things every day and it is always a challenge. You need to be punctual and self motivated with this sector. One has to be open minded and not only a fast learner but quick on your feet. Time waits for no one.

Excellent in driver

I Gibson I learn mean of road ad company to collect even out of country like Namibia, Botswana moistly in gauteng I have a good relationships with all workers I know how to spent whatever time to work even my tramp am good in driving

I have worked for this company many years ,worked at grootegeluk mine at medupi project for 3 years and now we are contracted at komatsu pdc. We transport mine parts

Am a hard worker who is willing to learn Receiving of stock from production and reverse logistics Loading and offloading the trucks Allocating stock and responsible for quality control Stock counting using technological system and all warehouse functions Overseeing and reviewing workflow to team Giving guidance to team members to meet deadlines and maximize efficiency Provide motivation and encourage team

Pros: Am a good person with a great communications skills at all levells
Cons: Am very commited to my worker and i can even work long hours to meet the customer demand

Excellent learning curve

Is place where start learning other than that not a.. I've been working for the company for more than five years now. I don't have any profidend fund just uif for five years. So I would not advice anyone to try and apply for a job on the company. good place for me

The amount of experience you gain is big and vast as the company is not just a transport company but Also Logistics, Clearing and Forwarding, and warehousing... There's a lot to learn and knowledge to obtain...
