I have learnt a lot about challenging myself and coping under pressure.
Everyday is a new challenge and is unpredictable. however, i enjoy learning and i feel stagnant. i have an excellent relationship with my co-workers. i have learnt that i can handle challenges even though its out of my comfort zone. i enjoy the environment. for ,e the most challenging part is that its hard to get a hold of my boss as he is never in the office. Also, i don't feel like I'm growing.

New challenges and eye opening experiences that have increased my knowledge in recruitment.
A typical day in my job includes candidate screenings for various projects, Administration of recruitment process, interviewing prospective candidates. I was in a Team of 4 consultants and we were a very close knit Team that thrived at helping each other. I enjoyed the relationship building aspect, how we supported each other and worked well to achieve set goals. The most challenging aspect was the lack of systems in place, a lack of urgency and structure.

Experience is priceless
there is never a typical day at he office because each day comes with its own challenged. i am a peoples person so i get a long with all the stuff however, it is not a friendship but a professional relationship. the one thing that i have learnt is that i can swim with the sharks, I've also learnt good time management skills. i enjoy the challenges. the most Challenging thing about my job is that the MD is never around to approve or disapprove of decisions therefore, there's a lot of things hanging in the air.
