Good on checking, picking, packing and also truck assistance as well as house keeping.

Company culture and customers

I like to work in the field with customers over a wide spectrum white, black , coloured and indians. Mix with all types of people and feel great with every sales and target i make. Targets turn me on to do my best. Its nice to work with Namaqua wines because i learned a lot about the wine industry,. The company culture is great because you feel part of a big family.

Pros: Great company to work for, management understand sales chalenges
Cons: Working normal hours. No promotional opportunities
