Good learning experience

Report writing, data recovery, scheduling weekly events, writing financial statements and budgets, including the most important tasks that keep the environment under a good condition, talking and welcoming clients via phone and face to face. It was a really good environment, but I however had to leave to further my studies.

Pros: Great opportunity to explore the exciting world of agribusiness
Cons: Extended working hours

Learning curve

I learned a lot in the 2 years I have been employed there and unfortunately most of my experience is not entirely good. I do however have a good relationship with my colleagues.

Pros: Greal learning curve
Cons: Constant fights between board members and employees.
