I like working with the people directly,attempting to meet their expectations at all times.

Doing day to day running of the company is my passion.I like interaction with with staff and consumers/clients who are beneficiaries of our product and or services as it gives better feed back from the ground as against relying on information and data provided at management meetings. Its not an easy task but it's doable. The challenges at NGO is only when funds are dry and u cant pay staff in time.

Pros: Great exposure
Cons: Straining hours even when you are on leave or day offs...as a result of becoming attached

Good on learning

What I like most we used to communicate as a team and understanding each other like helping if its necessary I am a hard worker n I can work even over hours to push my work. I don't depends working as a group even alone I fan work beats
