Very challenging environment but good for learning

Im in the Hr department we get queries from different branches regarding payroll, leave ,administration our days normal get hectic during month because that is when we do our month end reports . i Have an excellent relationship with my co-workers in all the departments . I have learnt a lot in this company because i started working as an Intern .How to deal with different characters in the workplace .conflict resolution .Time management. i enjoy solving peoples problems and making sure that they happy and satisfied .

Excellent learning curve

I have learned a lot from this company, and I am continuing to learn everyday as much as I can, . I enjoy my job so much, the only thing that drains me is fling.what I love most in my current job is the team work we are having with my colleagues
