Preferable way of learning& getting skills

Working at NAFBI construction company taught me to be able to stand up on myself not to depend on people whenever I come I cross a challenging situations,and I must say it really helped me because at first it was not easy but when the times goes by I got used to it i.and it was a really good experience for me..now I know that I can work or deal with people from different cultures. And also to be steam player in a workplace .

Pros: Great opportunity for experience regarding job application
Cons: Average working hours , excluding weekends. And also not working during holidays,but if there is too much work an employee is supposed to make sure that at the end of the day atleast a quarter of that work is left and more of work is done

Good exposure and improvement to my abilities of management.

NAFBI provided me with a great platform for me to challenge my management abilities of which with obstacles I came across I must say it was a good expirience of the industry. Im not moving because of disputes but because i need new In-situ challenges.

Good learning

For now am doing training in Electrical Apprenticeship, i have been in a training centre for theory. I need a practical exposure in order to my trade test. I have very good relationship with my co-workers sometimes we work as a team..What i enjoy most are different challenges i face while working. As a woman the most challenging aspects of jobs is working with hearvy equipments and reaching deadline of the work.

Pros: Good opportunity
Cons: Long working hours
