Great learning experience

A typical day at work would be going through emails, getting requests to book meetings, trainings or travel. Co-workers are all different, some are in your face, some of them give you space but some get special treatment more than others do. I have learnt how acquire thick skin in this company, or being pro active. if you are not proactive then someone will do that job for you. It becomes extremely hectic at times but managers never really understand the depth of the work, they just need you to get things done. I enjoy everything about my work. It challeges my brain and how i view the world. Becasue we work in the NGO environment, we come across many characters and that's what makes my job amazing.

Pros: You get to acquire thick and learn a lot
Cons: Unfair treatment and inequality

Growth in your career

Work is like any other. there are good and bad days. I worked for a company almost 10years and stayed in my capturing position. I started working at Nacosa as a capturer but in 5 months i was trained to be a database assistant. Which lifted up my spirit.

Pros: growth in the company
Cons: salary does not meet work
