Typical work day is when my colleagues are not doing their job especially assisting the customer. my relationship with my co-workers is very good because the team that I and manager build is very strong and working towards the goal of the organisation. I leant that the customer are the lifeblood of our company and they need to be treated with respect, and also learnt that any complain of the customer how slit or big can be must be attended to and the customer must leave the sop happy so that he/she can call again. I enjoy when team is working together for assisting customers and customers appreciated our serve and drops email to our employer for good service rendered. the most challenge is when the customer complain is not resolved according to his ability and when the shop does not have enough cloths and different sizes.

Pros: I want to see myself as an area manager
Cons: Working our to me is a simple thing because i am driving

I leaned working with chstomers

Am a hard working person and I enjoyed working at naartjie with diffent people it was nice working as a team because we were able to reach target I really enjoyed when we had promotion because I know we gonna make target we really worked nice as team because We understood each other and help each other

Pros: It was nyce when we get promoted because it shows that we are growing we are making the right things
Cons: We worked 9 and 10hrs
