L have diploma in computer literacy

most days I get early so I can get emails done and be ready for the project team meeting, I have learned how to spot the difference between committed employees who are in it for the long haul and temporary faces who will move on down the line.

Admin diploma

provides clear direction and has little problem gaining compliance from others. He provides consistent, valuable performance feedback, and he dedicates considerable effort to developing the skills of his subordinates, l assumes a strong leadership role when action is needed. l do influences others to perform better. However, I will would like to be a stronger leader if l exhibited greater confidence on myself as well as in others. Upon occasion, in my actions have resulted in a lack of respect and trust from others and to provide good result in the company.

Diploma

Great company to work for. Managers and co-workers are working toward a common goal, and the work culture cultivated a very friendly environment. As with any customer service job, the hardest part is getting reprimanded by a customer for something you did not do or could not control. The best part of this job, was knowing you were helping people immediately and to get early at work so you can be ready for helping the customer's in there time.

Good in communication and typing fast

Great company but management needs alot improvement and management. It's the job first, not the employees that make the company run on a daily basis. You can be working there for years and looked over for alot of opportunities.
