Lack of knowledge ,respect and commit within the team

Team Leader. Supervisor. Mrs word. Mrs excel. Mrs Mrs outlook and basic typing skills. I have learned to work as a team and how to work with customers l have learnt to how to work with customers and how to handle different issues within the workplace. I enjoy most working as a group towards the same goal with the same spirit. The most challenging between us its lack of respect

It was an excellent experience to work I learn aIt wasIt was an excellent experience to work I learn a lot things even though it was hard but because I was working with a optimistic team I learn that (commitment, consistency and determination) are key to archive whatever circumstances you are facing. I been thought that giving up in what I do it's not best opinion in this industry.
