I am currently employed at the above company and after 3 months was given a promotion

After a promotion at the current company as a technical coordinator , i now work in an awesome team of 15 which meets target every month and work well together . New ideas are brought forward everyday to ensure that the revenue of the department is met. I have learnt to work well with a tech and learnt mopre about the technical aspect of all security electronics

Pros: strong , professional work ethic, target driven, full of new ideas to benefit the company
Cons: long hours , low salary

I'm looking at stability and growth to higher levels within the company

I'm a go getter, very enthusiastic, loves socializing and very good with people, I'm very hungry for knowledgeable, money motivated me, I am also very responsible and loyal to my company, I don't just want a job, I want a career and work at my best of my ability.

Pros: Doing sales everyday, no growth
Cons: Very flexible working hours

Excellent learning place

We are rated best security company and i agree. i am just looking for something more stable. Was a great company to work for as well as a great boss. i learnt alot and grew within the company and have experience in each department of the company.

Pros: great opportunity for learning, for promotions
Cons: overtime and weekends, getting involved in other department work

Good cocompany

Great company but little to no consideration for hard work and effort put it. Recognition from management is poor. No team players within sales department. However opportunity to make money is great.

Pros: Good basic salary
Cons: Pay for fuel.

Good communication

I'm a kinder person who like to learning about new things I have good communication skills I know how to sort any challenge that I'm facing with on that time I'm a person who like to share my views with others I'm a person who Not on and off I always be the same trustworthy,friendly person

Pros: Working hard to get that opportunity for promotion
