Frankfort Listed company, MyBucks, is a leading FinTech organisation growing at an incredible pace internationally with various brands in 14+ countries. As Head of Marketing it is crucial to ensure my department meets each country’s brand/s (GetBucks, FairGo, CapFin (credit) (GetSure) insurance and financial institutes (MBC, Oppertunity Bank) marketing requirements and exceeds expectations. Developing, communicating and implementing marketing strategies and managing a specialised team that includes: UX/UI agency, National and International PR agencies, Corporate and Graphic designers, Animator, Web Development, Creative agency, Art Director and Social media and digital specialists and a marketing strategist. The role is responsible for all marketing ATL, TTL and BTL for the entire group. Never ending challenges, growth and excelling in a fast-pace industry that waits for no one.

Hard working, always willing to learn

This year was challenging for the company, but we always pulled together, the 3 BI Developers started each day with a meeting.. Explaining what's on our plates for the day.. Being a female between to guys it was sometimes a challenge to get my voice across in the beginning.. But after the trust was formed we worked very well together. I love creating projects on ssrs and "automation" of reports, as business are always happy to see it on the report portal.. I'm still very sad that we were retrenched as I loved the ppl and the company

Pros: Young company and growth was expected
Cons: No salary increases for 3 years and company lives month to month

Opportunities for growth and experience

Project Management Manage high priorities - A typical work day - Never the same and always busy - Your relationship with co-workers - Good , loved by all and a spokesperson. Had good relationships with each one and know their work ethic and where they came from. - What you have learnt - Project Management , Events Management , - What you enjoy most - Opportunity to learn more and grow - The most challenging aspects of the job - Demands of 5 executives together with managing an office and drivers and projects.
