I don’t know what exactly to write here

Wel during the day it’s work as usually operating thetas machine of few types of gases which that requires team work between me and my co-workers cos we help each other when the is no work on the other plant.i also learnt that team work it’s important specially if we want to achieve the goal of production and that’s also enjoyable because you communicate cate about life on what to achieve while you pushing so hard for production.wthe challenges about work it’s when we don’t have enough gas and the production must come

You work 9 and a half hours the rate does not correspond with a basic salary relationship with other drivers is good but management is so byass and too much favouritism there is no hope for promotion cause they just select who they love not according to experience or qualification.

Pros: Cell phone allowance Not forced to work overtime you get your sick leave and normal leave
Cons: No assistance

Great company

It was a great experience working for the company. I learned more on how to operate and handle the dangerous goods while transporting them to the customers. The working hours were normal and we were also doing long distance driving where they will arrange for you the place where you will be resting at nite and continue with your deliveries the following morning.
