At this company im overworked and under paid

too much to get done, too little man power. good enough relationship with co-workers. how to tolerate being treated like crap by management. to shut my computer down at the end of a long hard day. having to fix other people's mistake and being penalised for it.

Pros: don't pay for transport to and from work
Cons: long hours without overtime, no chance for growth or any salary increase, poor working conditions,

I learnt to be patient with costumers and colleagues

Its normal to work from 8 to 5 but sometimes we do work overtime and i found that much helping because i can budget on that salary.I learnt a lot from my colleagues and i make a good relationship with them.

Pros: none
Cons: long working hours can make your body and mind tired but the more you get used to it you start to enjoy and realize that is helping in terms of money saving
