Good place to learn

My typical work day starts buy making sure the boardrooms are all setup and ready for guest that the coffee is made. Checking my emails so I can have an idea of how the day will be. In the morning's is usually very slow office tenants coming in . From 10h30 it starts to pick up ; the switchboard starts ringing nonstop forwarding calls to offices and taking bookings via email and on the phone. Making sure that the coffee station is always on point if it's my day to close I than make sure that all rooms are locked and clean. The best part of my job is meeting new and different people everyday and talking on the phone with clients convincing them why choose us. What I've learned is to setup for video conference and to connect the cables for presentation using vga and hdmi. My co-workers are great and the most challenging part is when we have a booking that runs until 00:00 because I don't have a private car

International based excellent customer orientation

Being able to work independently with very little and / or no supervision. Performing all tasks for all departments in the Centre. Having been allowed to make drastic decisions on tasks at hand. I have a healthy relationship with my co-workers, we are a team. I have learnt to take full responsibility of a task given from start to finish, also work as a team to perform the task from any point at any given time. I have also learnt to work with the team members without discrimination. I enjoy being in charge as an all rounder, from opening the Centre in the morning to closure. The most challenging aspect of my job is when the client can not really take make a decision on what the exact service they need for a particular request, where I have to make a decision for then since I cannot just let them go.

Pros: Excellent platform to showcase my sales, customer service and administration skills
Cons: Having to work until mid night sometimes as we also work with the overseas times
