Dear Sir/Mam Enclosed please find my resume I currently work as a store assistant for an I.T company called Mustek limited, where I am responsible for the booking in and releasing of service jobs, controlling 100% of the stock accuracy, Allocating and shelve stock with 100% accuracy, Contacting 100% of customers for uncollected stock on a weekly basis, Maintaining 100% accurate packing. I Have Been Employed At Mustek for 3 years and 8 months I am seeking a position that that will utilize my general administration skills that I have obtained in my time of employment, positions suitable for me would be secretarial, reception, Junior P.A or Admin based. LEARNING CURVE

I am an outgoing person with a teachable heart. I believe in learning new things and being relevant to any environment I find myself. Loyalty and being trustworthy is key in any environment I find myself. I am passionate about what I do and feel strong about teamwork and am good team player. I always challenge myself to achieve more than what is expected of me.

Good

Im doing security complains, Printers, repairing ccomputers, installing windows....i like the environment people are so kind and freindly. Work is very challenging and we experience alot oof customer complans and its so nice to deal with them cos you get to know your strength and weaknesses. I feel good to wake up every morning n go to work.

Pros: you just have to be a hard worker and give it all yourself and give determination
Cons: i dont work long working hours.

Change of enviroment will be a great advantage

Our day starts at 08H00 and ends at 17H00 we have 2 tea times consisting of 10 minutes and 45 minutes of lunch. I am in supplier claims so I work with everyone in the company and I have a good relationship with co-workers as well as the suppliers and clients. During my 4 years with Mustek I've worked in 3 posts and in 2 different departments. I've learned a lot because when I started here I did not have technical experience.

Good learning curve

My day starts as early as 7:00 - 16:00 I enjoy my work. I work well with my co-workers and maintain a healthy professional relationship. I have learned the importance of being a team player and that has also improved my communication skills. The most challenging aspect is working under pressure when short staffed which can result in working overtime.

I do like reading, learning more about the industry

Good day I do work as a Point of sale technician, i do repairs on POS terminals, terminal printers and barcoded scanners. I belive working as a team realy helps and working with good people is liking working wirth family. I learned a lot in this industry, i have been to Doha to learn more about Point of Sale products and to know more about new products that are coming and current products.i do enjoy working on new products, doing field support jobs and meeting new people everyday. The challenge that i face is fixing new products that requires firmware and it takes to long to update on my current position I'm hard working person and i like to archive more. kind regards Neo
