A good company to start off in the IT field

On a daily basis I would take calls from clients to give first line support, after that I would log all the warranty calls for the technicians and arrange their routes and their appointments accordingly. I have an excellent relationship with my co-workers, so much so that we enjoy coming to work. I have grown within this company, I have learnt the basics of hardware computer repairs, as well as to ensure that all repairs and services are completed within the SLA period. I enjoyed the fact my colleagues are always willing to teach and finding new methods of solving issues and queries. The most challenging aspects would be, to ensure the client remains satisfied with a suitable turnarounds time, and that the client's issue or query gets resolved in a speedily manner, and not to inconvenience them any further.

Customer service.

Service Department Duties: Ordering spare parts - (ASUS, Toshiba MSI and Samsung) Placing orders, generating quotations, receiving stock, attending to customers queries, and customer service. Date of Service: November 2016 – to date (Current Position)
