I have learnt so many things in mustards grill .... I know how to communicate with other people from other countries.. The was no argument when it pay day .. I added up doing other people's duties but I didn't mind that ...because I love cooking and baking .

Pros: Great opportunities for marketings

Excellent learning curve

my experience at my current job is good , but I feel like I'm under utility as I have been working for big contract in my life of hospitality! I love training staff, passing the knowledge that I have and skills I have learnt to interact more with fussy guest eg. gov Officials I enjoy seeing guest enjoying the service that I have put together the most challenging part of my job is predict someone before u hire them to join the team!

Pros: it gave me the oppotunity to work with high profile guest
Cons: long hours are not a problem as long as you enjoy your work
