I am a team player always willing to learn more, willing to go out to make sure that the job is done

I have to cook for the children do my home visits, activities, support group, debriefing and supervision with our social worker. Meeting and events with our project manager. My relationship with my co-workers is good we have a good team and we understand that in order for our work to be done in time we have to work together and be one. The one thing I have learnt is that you don't always have to work on your own now and than you can go to your co-workers for help. The time I enjoy the most is when we do our events cause every one because one. Is when we have run out of food and we have to make a plan on what the children will eat and same times having to take out our own money that is the most challenging

Pros: that you get to meet people and make a different in they lives even if its not that bpg but it is same thing at the end of the day
Cons: 8 an half hours
