I have a good working relationship with my colleagues and project manager, i have a job description that binds my work. i have learnt to work under pressure and can now work under pressure.

Pros: Due to the organization being small there is not opportunity for promotion
Cons: I see myself as a team leader to my colleagues

Can easily adapt to any environment

i am looking for a job in the field of Administration around Johannesburg I have a good working relationship with my colleagues and manager. I consider myself as team player.I have learnt to overcome challenges without being stressed out ( managing conflict). I am self motivated and always see a need to motivate others. if i can be given a chance to prove myself it will be a great opportunity for me to study furthure

Pros: With the experience that i have confidence in getting a promotion and in the current company there is no space as it is a small organization
Cons: I have volunteers to work on weekends without ant extra pay but because i have a passion for the work that im doing

Empowered through day by day activities

-we working with members of the community -most of work done is done in teams. -we report through writing monthly update reports -we giving services to orphaned and vulnerable children. also we give support to families

Pros: learning something new everyday
Cons: difficult clients, but can calm them down
