Learning Curve

Great company to work, lots of study opportunities. Long Hours required to achieve targets, some divisions refuse to work as a team. Makes it difficult to plan your day. Great team. Small group.

Pros: Great study opportunities and mentorship
Cons: Long working hours and constantly having to leave my work to assist other divisions in turn I fall behind with my work.
