Great relationship with co workers, enjoy motivating, best part working with people of my job,

It is an okay company i do feel like i am not appreciated or seen for my capabilities and i work too hrd for a minimum salary. No salary recocobgnition

Excellent communication skills, pay attention to detail, hardworking and loyal

I'm hardworking, like working individuall, I can also be a team player. I pay attention to detail and like working extra time. I have many different tasks to complete in a day. Working and update spreadsheets. Liasin with client. Follow up with sheriff's and correspondent. I get along with everyone at work. I always try to complete tasks before deadline and always willing to give a 110%

Pros: I was given the opportunity to show what I am capable of.

I have gain a lot of experience in debt collections

I am doing debt collection, and data capturing as we update customers information on the system. And also doing customer service. Most challenging aspects of my job is when you try to educate the customer about the importance of paying their debts and they refuse to listen.

Pros: I have grown as an individual, and I am able to work under pressure.
Cons: little salary

Our company promises growth opportunitys, but it fees that these are mostly empty promises.

Company does not live up to their standards on paper,. There are promises of increases but this does not happen. Also promises of working from home hybrid, which appears to be slipping way.

Pros: good benefits
Cons: work from office when work from home is very possible and definately preferable
