Execelent learning.

I rather enjoyed the start at the company. but after a while of no growth i started to become negative. promotional promises that was not kept and maximum effort that was given in growing the branch. an utter lack of acknowledgement..

Opportunity to learn, stable company,

Multotec is a great company. Working environment is very good. They are very much involved in social economic development and motivate their staff. In terms of growth, the sky is the limit as long as you have the required knowledge.

Pros: Good working environment, benefits, salary increase every year, 13th cheque and pension fund, free wifi and flexible hours
Cons: Long hours. 8am - 5pm

Excellent learning curve.Work Friends are people who you interact with socially at work–you sit by them in meetings, go to lunch together, talk to them at work events and happy hours, and possibly even see them outside of work every now and then.I love my job because everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission. This truly creates a family environment where everybody is there for each other,Helped me on a whole range of employment skills, from learning about and adapting to workplace culture to time management and teamwork. Offered the opportunity to network.value skills such as communication, team-working and problem solving
