MULTICHOICE AGENCY Reviews

Learning curve

was a good experience and learned a lot when it comes to customer service. also work well under pressure. But unfortunately there is no room for growth in the agency. im seeking for better opportunities and growth now and i am not getting that at the moment. My relationship with co workers was excellent and working there is very interesting as you deal with different customers everyday. Most challenging for me was making sure the staff was happy as i was also an assistant manager .

Pros: the experience
Cons: Low pay

Excellent working environment

I work from 8-5 with 15 min tea break and 45 min lunch, have good relationship with my co-workers and even the boss himself, good person to work for. have learnt patience and hard working, i enjoy almost everything about my job, the challenging part is when system are down and customers wont get excellent servise expected.

Pros: chances of promotion are very slim as we are small business, and everyone got his rank
Cons: not long hours

Looking for better prospects

Good learning experience. The company allows its employees to understand the details behind broadcasting, satellite services and streaming. The nature of the company provides excellent opportunity to learn face-to-face customer service and building lasting business relationships

Pros: Great opportunity to learn about broadcasting
Cons: Long hours
