Great Experience gained
When I started working at multichoice was the first time that I dealt with customers face to face . Its definitely been a great experienceand an awesome environment to work in. Multichoice goes to great lenghts to ensure their employees happiness and well being in the work place. Management are all schooled to assist any body in need of help regardless of you being in their team or not. Any given day you could have someone swear at you / gratefully thank you for the services rendered. I build such rapport with my customers that I have certain that comes back and request only to deal with me. The environment is one of a diverse nature, and with regular team building events we interact and share like a family. Ive learnt that even when you're at your lowest you can still be a blessing to someone else

A step into the right direction
Providing administrative & technical support to students Attending to reception enqueries, deliveries, phone calls & student walk-in Working on the CRM, LMS & Microsoft Excel to load data & create invoices My relationship with my co workers is personal because we not that many so we have to keep a good relationship Working with adults that are students is a bit daunting because they call in frustrating and i have learnt to be self sufficient and a good listener. I enjoy helping and solving different problems that arise with each student, i am not a pettern person so thinking out of the box that is me. Not being g able to solve a problem in one phone call is frustrating

Great learning curve
The work day would comprise of meetings, and actioning the task as per their priority. Collaborate with relevant business departments in organization to identify and resolve issues for internal and external customers as required Work closely with various teams to understand current challenges and work towards resolving them solutions planning, design and roll out

Excellent
So far in my employment history, mca is the best company to work for. Everyone knows what they are doing. There's an excellent teamwork spirit from both management and immediate team members. Everyday is a learning curve as the product changes all the time, and that requires each team member to stay on top of their game.
Pros: Due to the ever changing environment of the product, one gets to explore new opportunities all the time.
Cons: Salary is my only issue

Excellent learning curve
Great working environment, i have learnt to tackle heavy workloads and thrive under deadlines. I would like to be promoted to permanent employee as working part-time puts me in a tight spot financially.
