Interesting line of work

Fire detection and access control systems industry in an interesting one which requires technical experience but unfortunately it is also a fine margin of work industry in this company as there are no benefits and the salaries are poor, also outside operational hours which one does not get compensated for are a deemed to be a commitment to the company which does not reward its employees with an annual increment or bonuses for a number of years now .

Cons: Long working and travellling hours, poor salary / wages
