working at hi calibre has been a great opportunity. I got the job soon after graduation and i have been working there as a draughtsman even though i am a qualified engineer. The learning was great at first until recently i feel like i am about to hit the ceiling i.e i am not learning new things everyday and the job feels like a routine as opposed to my first 18 months.
