Great learning opportunity

I did maintenance and rebuilding of engines, receiving of engines, stripping, assessing the engine and its components, cleaning and quoting part and reassembling of the engine. we worked as a team and did a good job at it, delivering 10/10 was our mission.

Excellent learning and growing environment

Based on work experience I do costings, quotes, customer negotiations, R&D, design, logistics and execution onsite with commissioning of projects. My colleagues would describe me as a light-hearted person, but can defend my point when the need or it arises. Fairness and equity is very important to me, consequently I treat everyone as I would expect to be treated.

Pros: Many opportunities
Cons: Company has non existent processes with poor management
