My duty is to see to my department , meet daily target , capture client information and obtain a positive outcome. My relationship with my co-workers are tense due to bias behavior from management in my department. I have learnt how to work n functions such as CRM and Finwise. I enjoy to meet the client satisfaction to walk away with a granted court order, this means that we have structured the budget and drafted the documents accordingly and got positive result from the magistrates, the magistrate differ depending on which province the client is located in. The most challenging aspect will be when a matter is postponed for various reasons for a short period to deal with all queries, getting the client to attend the firm they were directed to, to sign is challenging.
