Excellent experience, a nice company to work for.

Great working environment. I learnt a lot while working for MTN. Also realized my passion for working with people/ customers, both internally and externally. Great company, the staff and my colleagues, my experience with them taught me a lot and i wouldn't trade any second of it for anything.

Pros: Great growth prospects. a number of valuable opportunities. Benefits are a also a plus.
Cons: long working hours. Sometimes shift changes that weren't necessarily favorable for the employee.
