Productive on tory controller

I have worked as a inventory controller for over 4 years to date in a fast changing, dynamic and target oriented environment. My job requires me to order stock that is needed and delivered within given time for the sales consultants to reach their targets. To solve issues that comes with delays, system issues, queries from customers upon stock advertised but not available and coming up with solutions. I'm a very proactive, driven and productive individualand I work well as a team member as well.

Pros: Meeting targets
Cons: Long hours, no public holidays

Excellent opportunity to make great commission

MTN is a exceptional place to work if you have the drive to make a lot of money. The only way you can really be happy is if your income ofsets the horrific working conditions. The systems are the worst I've ever worked on in the 15 years I've been working. If you're making lots of money you don't mind but when your struggling to make target and struggling with the system to be able to make target it feels like you're slowly slipping into madness and it's gotten progressively worse from the day I started.

Pros: Great money for the wolf of wall street types
Cons: Horrible systems and counter productive processess
