Excellent learning skill

WORKING FOR MTHIYANE CONTRUCTION, HAS BEEN A GOOD PLATFORM TO SHOWCASE WHAT I CAN DO. MY DAY TO DAY DUTIES ARE AMONG BEING A FIELD TECHNICIAN, AS WELL, MARKETING THE COMPANY AT THE SAME TIME. I WORK WELL INDEPENDENTLY AS WELL IN A TEAM, WHERE WE ARE REQUIRED TO GO OUT TO CUSTOMERS TO INSTALL, AND ALSO DO MAINTENANCE SERVICES. I HAVE A GOOD RELATION WITH MY COLLEAGUES AS WELL THE OPERATIONAL STAFF. I BELIEVE TO DO A GOOD JOB THE FIRST, THAT WILL MAINTAIN THE CREDIBILITY OF THE COMPANY AND ALSO CREATE TRUST IN THE WORKMANSHIP OF WHAT WE REQUIRED TO DO. I ENJOY WHEN MY CUSTOMER IS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WE ARE PROVIDING TO THEM ON DAILY BASIS. OUR CHALLENGES IS THE DECLINE IN JOBS, AND WE UNCERTAIN OF WHAT TOMORROW HAVE IN STORE FOR US.

I have learnt lot of skills working for this company

I have made a family in the company and i have increased my configuring and driving skills, but what was the downside was that I had to drive long distance and come back that very same day distances like 400 kilometers single trip and another 400 kilometers returning back.

Project management

My typical work day starts at 07:00am i send daily attendance register to Telkom to let them know how many techs will available to dispatch work to. I oversee and observe productivity of the techs on a daily basis and whether they reach the target given to them. I am a peoples person i love laughing and having a light atmosphere in the work environment. i work well alone as well in a team. I have learnt time management as well as writing reports and applying for Tenders etc. What i enjoy most is learning, i love learning new things. I enjoy meeting new people and solving problems that may arise with the project that oversee. I have a large team that i oversee and they are increasing , that is the challenge.

Pros: working one Saturday in a month
Cons: Sometimes working whilst on leave
